- Ask a participating game site to verify your account details in person.
- Site staff should compare your profile details and profile photo against your photo ID.

Complete membership payment when required
If your role or account flow requires payment, complete it directly through the secure in-platform payment process. You can then track status and related records in your account.

Use QR check-in on game days
Participating sites may use two QR check-in methods. Both reduce queues and improve attendance accuracy when game day starts.
- Self check-in QR: you scan the site poster code and confirm attendance on your phone.
- Site-staff QR check-in: staff scan your personal account QR pass at the check-in desk.
- For first-time or periodic checks, staff may also ask to compare your photo ID and account photo.
- Use your dashboard history to keep track of recent attendance.
Buy and sell responsibly in the marketplace
The marketplace supports trusted community trading. Keep all listings accurate, communicate clearly, and follow platform rules to protect yourself and other players.
- Only list items you are entitled to sell.
